THE BLIGH WATER

There are some absolutely jaw-droppingly beautiful dive sites in this area and without question the best soft corals in Fiji, something the country proudly boasts. The nutrients that feed these corals are a result of the large tidal movement in the Bligh Water between the islands of Viti Levu and Vanua Levu. Dive sites such as Golden Dream, Breath Taker and Dream Maker are only a ten minute boat journey from Nananu-i-Ra. Colourful is really not a word that does these reefs justice.

NANANU-I-RA

Reef Safari operate from Nananu Island Lodge eco-resort under the moniker Dive Nananu and, as with all of our dive centers, offer courses for all experience levels as well as multiple certified diving trips on a daily basis. The Lodge has also refitted an ex-deep sea fishing boat and now runs diving trips on a charter basis. Using this vessel we can access dive sites in the Vatu-i-Ra passage such as Hi-8, E6, Black Magic Mountain and Instant Replay.
