This is Fiji's second largest island. With spectacular lush mountains meeting crystal clear waters that are home to a range of world-class dive sites this is one destination not to be missed. Daily flights from Nadi (50 minutes) and Suva (35 minutes) are operated by Pacific Sun and Air Fiji. Alternatively, ferries depart daily from Suva and take 10-12 hours. For the more adventurous this is a must inclusion in your travel plans.

SAVUSAVU

Situated right on the waters edge the small township of Savusavu boasts a range of restaurants, bars and cafes within just a few minutes walk as well as banks, post offices, markets, internet cafes and shops. Our dive shop is located at Wai Tui Marina, where we launch our dive boat for daily dive trips and conduct courses from intro through to instructor.

With unsurpassed drop offs and mazes of swim-throughs to endless fingers of hard coral, gorgonian fans and multi-hued soft corals, the diving in and around Savusavu Bay is unbelievable. Dive sites such as Barracuda Point (masses of barracuda), Dreamhouse (famous for it's pelagic sightings), Dreadlocks (hard corals meet soft corals), and world famous Namena Island (by prior arrangement only) attract divers world-wide to this small coastal town to experience some of Fiji's best.

The Hot Springs Hotel situated in the heart of Savusavu offers guests comfortable accommodation with stunning views across the bay. You will be enchanted from sunrise until the sun sets over the bay with the view from your private balcony. Relax on the grand verandah deck and enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a cocktail or local beer at the bar. Small dormitories, Private Doubles, Ocean View Rooms, Studio and One Bedroom Apartments are available.
