Crystal Blue Reef Safari Ltd reserve the right to alter prices, alter timings, cancel departures, vary itineraries, or substitute vessels for any reason. All departures are subject to sea and weather conditions. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure will result in complete forfeiture of full payment. All prices are in Fijian dollars and are inclusive of VAT (12.5%). Rates are valid from 01 April 2006 until 31 March 2007. All dive student enrolments are subject to self-declaration of medical history and assumption of risk forms. Package prices are per person. Where meal packages are included, these are based on three meals per night stayed. Where another company or person operate the resort or transport Crystal Blue Reef Safari Ltd is acting only as a sales agent. Responsibility for the operation and liability for any mishap lies with those operators solely and not with Crystal Blue Reef Safari Ltd.
